Terms of Service Online Shop Terms of Use
These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") establish the terms and conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided on this website by nativeye (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who have registered for the Service will be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
Article 1 (Application)
These terms and conditions shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company concerning the use of the Service. The Company may establish various rules, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"), in addition to these terms and conditions, in relation to the Service. Article 2 (Registration for Use)

Upon notifying the applicant of its approval, the Company shall complete the registration for use. If the Company determines that an applicant for registration has any of the following reasons, the Company may not approve the registration application, and shall not be obliged to disclose the reason for such rejection: If false information is provided in the application for registration If the applicant has violated these terms and conditions in the past In any other case where the Company deems the registration inappropriate
Article 3 (Management of User IDs and Passwords)
Users shall be responsible for managing their own user IDs and passwords for the Service. Under no circumstances may Users transfer, lend, or share their user IDs and passwords with third parties. If the combination of a user ID and password matches the registration information and is logged in, the Company shall regard it as the user's own use. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of a user ID and password by a third party, except in cases where the Company has intentional or gross negligence.
Article 4 (Sales Contract)
In this service, a sales contract is concluded when a user applies for a purchase to the Company and the Company notifies the user of its acceptance of the application. Ownership of the product shall be transferred to the user when the Company delivers the product to the delivery company. The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice to the user in the following cases:
・If the user violates these Terms and Conditions;
・If delivery of the product cannot be completed due to unclear destination or long-term absence;
・If the trust relationship between the Company and the user is impaired for any other reason. Payment methods, delivery methods, cancellation methods for purchase applications, and return methods related to this service shall be determined by the Company separately.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyright and other intellectual property rights of product photos and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided by this service belong to legitimate rights holders such as the Company and Content providers, and users shall not reproduce, reprint, modify, or use them for any other secondary purpose without permission.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
When using this service, users shall not engage in the following acts:
・Acts that violate laws or public morals;
・Acts related to criminal activities;
・Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in this service;
・Acts that destroy or interfere with the function of the Company's servers or networks;
Commercial use of information obtained through this service;
・Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services;
Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access;
・Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users;
・Acts of impersonating other users;
・Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to anti-social forces in connection with the Company's services;
Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 8 (Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration) In the event that any of the following applies, the Company may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of the Service, or cancel the registration of the User as a User:
- If the User violates any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
- If it is discovered that any of the registered information provided by the User contains false information;
- If the credit card reported by the User as a payment method is suspended;

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of actions taken by the Company based on this Article. Article 9 (Withdrawal) The User may withdraw from the Service by following the prescribed withdrawal procedure.
Article 10 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability)
The Company does not guarantee that there are no defects (including but not limited to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, infringement of rights, etc.) in the Service, either factual or legal. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of using the Service. However, if the contract between the Company and the User regarding the Service (including these Terms and Conditions) becomes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply. In any case, the Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by the User due to the Company's negligence (excluding gross negligence) or tort, except for damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where the Company or the User could foresee or could have foreseen the occurrence of damages). The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between the User and other Users or third parties in connection with the Service.
Article 11 (Changes to the Service)
The Company may change the content of the Service or suspend its provision without notifying the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.
Article 12 (Changes to the Terms and Conditions)
The Company may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying the User if it deems it necessary. However, if the User starts using the Service after the change to the Terms and Conditions, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms and Conditions.
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
Regarding the personal information acquired through the use of this service, we shall handle it appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy".
Article 14 (Notification or Communication)
Notifications or communications between the user and our company shall be conducted by the methods specified by our company. Unless the user submits a change notice in the manner separately specified by our company, we shall assume that the currently registered contact information is valid and any notifications or communications shall be deemed to have been received by the user at the time of transmission.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
The user may not assign or pledge to a third party the position, rights or obligations under the terms of use or these terms without the prior written consent of our company.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law. However, with regard to this service, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall be excluded. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with this service, the exclusive jurisdictional court shall be the court located in the headquarters of our company.
